Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025! This includes the overall cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes, cleaning floors and removing trash. Also helps ensure all kitchen tools are clean and available. This is a full-time position. $20.40 or more per hour, based on experience. Afternoon/Evening shift, weekend availability required. Responsibilities: Supervise the operation of the dish washers and kitchen cleaners in the restaurant and banquet kitchens. Ensures cleanliness of kitchens including dishes washed, floors clean and trash removed. Check cleaning standards of all glassware, china, make sure all silver and copper are polished and in place for dining room service. Double check all stewards work assignments for quality, quantity and those procedures are in place. Qualifications: Previous supervisor or peer trainer experience preferred.
