Performs supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.

The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline. The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. Responsible for work orders specific to their product line and/or work station. Responsible for knowing, following, and not deviating from the appropriate procedures assigned to their product line and/or work station. Must have ability to show proficiency in their assigned area by having approved competencies. Must uphold quality standards. Supports the Sales team through the decontamination of used kits; checking and replenishing used Kits; dispatch, booking and coordinating used Kits; inventory management of used Kits.

Qualification/ Requirements:

Minimum  Matric preferabley with Logistics and Supply Chain qualification

( Diploma or Degree)

Strong verbal and written communication

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in teams

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferably South African  citizen
