**Job Title: Kitter** **Job Description** As a Kitter, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring receiving accuracies on all materials, and managing the integrity of the warehouse location structure. You will perform daily cycle counts, complete inventory count discrepancy investigations, and support uninterrupted production flow. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily cycle counts and help maintain correct inventory levels for various materials. + Enter daily inventory data for cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory. + Ensure receiving accuracies on all materials. + Manage and maintain the integrity of the warehouse location structure. + Perform and complete inventory count discrepancy investigations. + Break down pallets to audit for case pick accuracy. + Retrieve and stock materials in the warehouse to support uninterrupted production flow in alignment with the Production Schedule. + Operate a forklift as needed. + Utilize Netsuite software for inventory management. + Other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with cycle counts and inventory control. + Proficiency in using Netsuite and ERP systems. + Strong computer skills. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. + Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. + Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance. + Ability to operate material handling equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years’ experience in cycle count, inventory reconciliation, and inventory control activities, preferably in a SAP environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic start-up company that values its employees. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and operating material handling equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
