Position Description: 

The MQ Solution Delivery team engage and work in partnership with the Global business central and site representatives to identify the business needs, understand the business/site priorities, enable the manufacturing sites/stakeholders with the latest technologies understanding the positioning of the different solutions/technologies and provide the right solutions for Manufacturing and Quality.  This role is responsible for Application configuration and support of IT tools (Global and Local solutions with potential globalization opportunities) that support the Global Manufacturing. The MQ Solution Delivery organization is engaged in an exciting phase of transformation as we drive our Digital Plant vision across Lilly manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kneat Software Consultant to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to customers / end users across different manufacturing sites in implementing and optimizing Kneat software solutions for their manufacturing operations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding end user requirements, help configuring Kneat application, and delivering support to ensure successful implementation and adoption. This role will report to the LCCI Manufacturing Solutions Lead – Senior Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Total 4-6 years of experience in industrial Manufacturing IT Solutions. Preferred 2-3 years of experience with Kneat Software Solutions.

Consult with clients / customers / End Users to understand their manufacturing processes, goals, and challenges, and provide expert advice on leveraging Kneat software to address their needs effectively.

Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and crating protocols in Kneat application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing site leads and stakeholders, to understand their requirements and identify and implement if Kneat is correct solution for their needs.

Collaborate with Vendors based on Business and End users requirements to identify and solutionize the requirements for future release.

Lead and conduct demo sessions for Sites to ensure proper understanding and effective utilization of Kneat software functionalities.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Kneat software implementation, including bug fixes, system upgrades, and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and best practice guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer and enable customers to maximize the benefits of Kneat software.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.

Participate in product demonstrations, conferences, and industry events to showcase Kneat software capabilities and establish thought leadership in the field.

Drafts Validation document lifecycle, including installation/operational qualification and design specification creation and execution across multiple successful projects, of varying scope.

Coordinates work with vendors and contractors, during project conception and implementation stages.

Carries out all the functions of System Analysts and Software Consultants and provides the necessary Engineering support to teams ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Manage third party for operational support for application maintenance.

Can lead Change management lifecycle

Stakeholder management to drive the executive team meetings to provide solutions based on Business requirements.

Can manage smaller projects or a Project team from conception to completion.

Anticipates issues involving quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Makes decisions regarding implementation, configuration and implementation of Kneat application.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Kneat Software Consultant or in a similar role, working with Kneat software to deliver manufacturing solutions.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Knowledge of leading integration efforts for Kneat application with other external systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Experience in conducting training sessions and delivering technical support to clients.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
