Your Role You will drive the process of migration to KNGS focusing on the Corporate Tasks and Targets and close cooperation with Regional and Country Process teams regarding Improvement Projects relating to potential KNGS focused and guided activities . You will also act as Direct Liaison between Assigned KNGS Operations teams and Country air operations teams (specifically through regional and country process team) Your Responsibilities Planning and coordination of rollout activities for agreed Tasks with Regional, Countries and KNGS process team for successful implementation using available tools (JIRA, WIKI, BPMN etc)Work with Regional and Countries process team to develop strategies to identify further potentials and increase KNGS usage/penetration During migration, review Country requests with KNGS Process Specialist to ensure standard approved Process is being applied, or if a new task, basic SALOG Tools and Communication methods are used Your Skills and Experiences Minimum 2 years operational background in the Freight Forwarding Logistics operations or equivalentRelated Degree in Logistics, Transportation, IT and BusinessGood English Communications skillsKnowledgeable to understand and map Processes in BPMN and document/report resultsAbility to align processes with customer countries, considering Scale, Standardization and operating model and precise working instructions.  Good Reasons to Join We offer opportunities where you can grow your expertise, shape processes and deliver innovative solutions.
