**Your Role**
Lead the KNGS Air Logistics Team in GS Cebu. Drive strategic initiatives, including the Air Roadmap, transformation projects, CX, EX, people development, and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders in Air Logistics.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute the business strategy for the Air Logistics unit, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
+ Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining high service levels.
+ Ensure consistency in operations by aligning with the Country CCL, OCC, and RCC according to the Global Responsibility Guidelines.
+ Manage KNGS Cebu's Air Logistics P&L in line with the transfer price guidelines.
+ Oversee all Air Logistics operations at KNGS Cebu, to ensure the successful implementation of air logistics processes across the team.
+ Implement and monitor KPIs for operational and quality excellence, including data accuracy, on-time invoicing, billing
+ accuracy, and supplier cost control.
+ Promote automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
