Your Role KNGS Operations Optimization specialist primary focus is to ensure that \"business continuity\" related activities such as process validations, system setups and instructions are done promptly. Your Responsibilities Review and validate the new WI's for migrations to KNGS following JIRA guidelines.Maintain WI and keep the WIKI related-pages up to date.Provide day-to-day support for KNGS systems:BPA Setups for new migrations and the existing tasks BP Setups for new migrations and the existing tasks Review BPA and BAM performance on a regular basis to identify deviations and notify internal stakeholders for improvements. Drive automation (RPA) and eTouch initiatives within KNGS. Provide Support to Operational teams
