Your Role • To provide leadership and direction to the Support Functions in KN Global Services in Cebu.\r\n• Ensure Team members responsibilities are aligned, communicated and made transparent.\r\n• Drive Process standardization in close cooperation with the GPO and Hemispheres.\r\n• Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce cost.\r\n• Own and maintain migration governance, including requirement engineering, team design, migration framework, documentation standards and successful transition of processes.\r\n• Assess and develop direct reports, identify high performers and outliers, and ensure robust succession plans are in place for the critical positions.\r\n• Regular structured stakeholder interaction and reporting on main KPI's (quality, timelines, productivity), Continuous Improvement initiatives, and feedback coming from the countries.\r\n• Analyze and evaluate processes to be implemented.\r\n• Create and review working instructions and Service Level Agreements.\r\n• Test/ Dry run of new processes.\r\n• Organize training for KNGS operational staff.\r\n• Organize 1st level support for KNGS users.\r\n• Organize 1st and 2nd level support for Eastern Hemisphere. Your Skills and Experiences 2\r\nto 5 years of relevant work experience
2\r\nto 5 years of experience in people management
Proven\r\nleadership experience is essential
Proficient\r\nin software and systems such as Business Intelligence, Jira (Servicedesk), M365\r\nTools, SALOG, and KN Login
Strong\r\ntechnical acumen in processes, systems, and problem-solving
Fluent\r\nin the English language
