**Your Role**
Main purpose of this role is to head the Support Team in the Sea Logistics department of the KN Global Services organization.
The objective is to drive strategic initiatives in the KNGS (incl. standardization, process optimization and automation) in conjunction with counterparts from the hemispheres, countries and corporate teams, co-drive migration targets and overseeing the successful delivery of targets.
Important plan of this role is to plan, implement, and support Sea Logistics processes in KN Global Services, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. This involves maintaining and enhancing applications, managing projects, implementing new policies, fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, reporting on performance, drive continous improvement by process excellence (e.g. by promoting automation) and solving complex problems to improve quality and productivity.
Position requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a thorough understanding of Sea Logistics.
**Your Responsibilities**
• To provide leadership and direction to the Support Functions in KN Global Services in Cebu.
• Ensure Team members responsibilities are aligned, communicated and made transparent.
• Drive Process standardization in close cooperation with the GPO and Hemispheres.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce cost.
• Own and maintain migration governance, including requirement engineering, team design, migration framework, documentation standards and successful transition of processes.
• Assess and develop direct reports, identify high performers and outliers, and ensure robust succession plans are in place for the critical positions.
• Regular structured stakeholder interaction and reporting on main KPI's (quality, timelines, productivity), Continuous Improvement initiatives, and feedback coming from the countries.
• Analyze and evaluate processes to be implemented.
• Create and review working instructions and Service Level Agreements.
• Test/ Dry run of new processes.
• Organize training for KNGS operational staff.
• Organize 1st level support for KNGS users.
• Organize 1st and 2nd level support for Eastern Hemisphere.
**Your Skills and Experiences**

to 5 years of relevant work experience
2
to 5 years of experience in people management
Proven
leadership experience is essential
Proficient
in software and systems such as Business Intelligence, Jira (Servicedesk), M365
Tools, SALOG, and KN Login
Strong
technical acumen in processes, systems, and problem-solving
Fluent
in the English language
