RESPONSIBILITIES Operate kill hot scaleTrack lot changes and track codes for cattleTrack carcass rail outs and re-enter weightsCommunicate problems/differences with supervisor and yard employeesKey in carcass grade and yield info into computerConduct system check of camera three times per shiftSort and scan quality grade on carcassesOther duties as assigned by supervisorAssist other areas of Harvest division QUALIFICATIONS Use of knives and ability to perform multiple position in harvest divisionGood people skillsMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishKnowledge of basic computer skills and ten key skills helpfulAbility to work with USDA GradersMust be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per shiftAbility to work in cold environment (average 34 to 36 degrees)
