This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.

Provide Quality system reporting and assist in functionality for Quality and OperationsConsolidate, review and analyze reporting data to identify performance trendsAssist in special tasks and pilots to expand Quality within the customer experience org.Work with other Customer Experience departments to identify new areas for quality improvement in Overstock's eco-systemReview organizational processes and identify opportunities for technology enhancements to improve customer experienceProvide improvements as processes change and/or new tools are developed.Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements2+ years of Quality experience requiredProficient in ExcelAbility to implement and integrate new processes

Pay Range

$23.66 - $29.08 USD Hourly

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
