Qualitest is looking for a Quality Engineer Hub Analyst to join our growing team. As a Quality Engineer Hub Analyst, your role will be to create and facilitate a Community of Practice (CoP) that serves as a platform to train and support teams in their adoption and use of tools, standards, and best practices. You will work closely with Quality Engineers (QE) and Application Development Teams (ADTs) to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization.

 

Key Requirements:

Experience in creating and managing Communities of Practice or similar knowledge-sharing platforms. In-depth knowledge of quality engineering principles, tools, and best practices. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create and facilitate a CoP where QE and ADTs can share solutions, best practices, and domain-specific knowledge. This includes integrating developed solutions back into the CoP for in-sourcing and knowledge retention.QE Manage a QE Hub hosted Teams channel for chat coordination, a documentation repository, and a calendar for agenda topics. Ensure a consistent periodic cadence for meetings within the CoP. Schedule periodic check-ins with QE Leads within each portfolio. Focus on recent action items, lessons learned, tools and standards, and areas of improvement specific to each team. Maintain a log of meeting topics and action items. Schedule recurring office hour sessions to address emergent items and provide support to teams. Organize webinars to address common challenges across ADTs. Topics may include deep dives on standards or tools, socialization of lessons learned, or success stories showcasing creative use of QE tools. Record and save learning sessions for future reference. Provide expert support during the initial implementation of new solutions. Work closely with QE Leads and their teams to ensure a smooth adoption and address any challenges. Navigating Change Adoption: Assist teams in navigating change adoption by providing guidance, training, and support. Take accountability for the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Enterprise Quality Scorecard. Familiarize yourself with Test Data Strategy, portfolio strategy, and processes including performance, automation, and test data standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
