What will you do? The Knowledge Consultant will support the work of the Knowledge Team and assist with knowledge asset related projects and tasks, to improve the accessibility of content and the user experience. Knowledge is the fuel of our business, and this role will play a vital role in the Knowledge Team’s next chapter.

Focus

Capability standardisation – supporting the curation of knowledge assets produced via this project. Specifically making content available, accessible, and reusableWorks with stakeholders to continually harvest knowledge in novel ways, making assets accessible, via a series of project sprints, different technologies and tracking usageOther projects as required by the Knowledge Team.

Technology

Day-to-day work and maintenance of the existing SharePoint platform functionality and user experience and working along our partners as requiredPlays a role in the evolution of the platform, technology and asset solutions during a period of transitionPlays a role in driving knowledge and AI alignment and adoption through defined projects and in line with content protocols

Skills & Experience

A can-do attitude and adaptability to meet changing project and business needsAbility to work both independently and to collaborate across teams in different countries and time zonesAbility to work in a fast-changing environment, with a range of stakeholders and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience of working with SharePoint environments, managing knowledge content and an awareness of AIA thirst for learning and applying learningsProvides guidance, training, and produces documentation as requiredProactive and a good communicator with a user experience and client centric approachKnowledge Management or Information Management experience preferred, but not essential.
