That's where you come in. We're looking for a Knowledge Engineer to join our team in London or Cambridge and help us build the future. As a Knowledge Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on opportunities to make Alexa the World's best personal assistant with GenAI.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build out ontological constructs and ingest structured data into Knowledge Graphs to ground model-based experiences
- Develop and manage complex data pipelines
- Closely monitor KPIs and perform deep dives to uncover gaps, working with technical teams to implement solutions/improvements
- Work closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to enhance performance
- Work closely with UX designers and business development managers to bring forward new experiences
- Help ideate, define and build new customer experiences
- Leverage culturally specific expertise to innovate on behalf of customers, enriching the ways AGI international customers receive information
