Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Knowledge Management Strategy and will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our processes. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Knowledge Management Strategy to enhance organizational efficiency.Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities.Ensure the integration of best practices in Knowledge Management into daily operations.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Knowledge Management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance knowledge sharing and retention.Conduct regular reviews of technical processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical activities.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of Knowledge Management initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Qualifications
