TEAM OVERVIEW:

Applied Materials’ Global Services Department is searching for strong technical project manager to join our team as part of the Knowledge Management team! Knowledge Management (KM) team provides relevant and timely service knowledge to field engineers at point of service; channels and methods for knowledge distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Applying SQL and Python programming to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets.DITA XML transform developmentKnowledge Management Dashboard updates and managementAutomation of content migrationAssist the knowledge management team to analyze and optimize publishing libraries content, document meta-data management activitiesAnalyze KM data KPIs monitoring and reportingCollaborate with business stakeholders for KM projectsSupport KM Executives on strategic projects tracking and testing

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficient in SQL coding, Python librariesPreferred skills: Tableau, JavaScript, some XSLT experience, familiarity with CSS and HTMLProject management, and project collaborationProficient with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Share Point/ TeamsExcellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence othersQuick learnerStrong attention to detailsNice to have basic Project Management skills

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related fieldGPA of 3.0 or aboveSkills in data analyticsAdded advantage: ability to speak and write fluently or native speaker in one or more of these languages: Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese in addition to English

U.S. Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
