Knowledge Manager
**Description** SAIC is seeking a Knowledge Manager/Technical Writer. In this role, you will play a critical role in communicating the policy and procedures for implementing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within an SAIC Intelligence Customer division. This position will be responsible for the following: + Maintain and organize data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling to keep it up-to-date and organized in a way that ensures stakeholders across the division have access to the resources they need. + Contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance, facilitate meetings, and ensure compliance with production standards, ultimately advancing national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis. **Qualifications** To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications: + Active TS/SCI clearance is required. + Ability to obtain a Polygraph. + A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and/or All-Source Analysis. + Significant expertise in SharePoint. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI). + Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis. + Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts, including object management services and knowledge models. **Desired Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. **Telework/Remote Availability:** + At least 40% of the work must be done within an SCI-cleared facility w/access to customer networks; Up to 60% can be remote telework.
