Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities' management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.

Responsible for review, analysis, quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of holdings across the data lifecycle of digital assets Provide quality control and quality assurance support for digital records and systems IAW DAF and DoD directives Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and documentation Create a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation Gather, analyze, and compose technical information regarding the systems and services Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by technical and non-technical personnel

Required Skills:

Minimum of 10+ years of general Knowledge Management BA Degree 4+ years of Process Improvement, Process Documentation, and Process Analysis 3+ years of Technical Writing experience. Certified Knowledge Manager Certification (Knowledge Management Institute) TS SCI Clearance

Desired Skills:

SharePoint expertise not necessarily required JIRA, MS Project, and or Smartsheet experience desired
