Primary Focus:

Knowledge Manager will lead the development and execution of knowledge management processes for the enterprise and coordinate and monitor knowledge management processes, ensuring processes align with government processes. This role supporting U.S. Army Pacific Command provides opportunities to develop and incorporate new efficiencies, procedures, and metrics to capture, track, and report program performance. This role requires maintaining data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas as well as updates to a Lessons Learned Database. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities Conduct (3+ years of experience) support for knowledge management operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systemsPerform tasks using the Windows Operating System and Active DirectoryResponsible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, and travel quarterly into the Indo-Pacific region as necessaryPerform installation, configuration, and operate workstations, telephony, video, and mobile hardware and software, including more established communications, such as sat phone, as requiredAbility to resolve escalated teams and member issues quickly, efficiently, and within policy guidelinesOther duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience with supporting knowledge management operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systemsObtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of start dateSecret ClearanceMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

Must possess problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills:

Experience with AzureExperience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or DockerExperience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and ConfluenceExperience with Agile development techniques and ceremoniesKnowledge of Site Reliability Engineering conceptsAbility to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be definedAbility to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced international environment with culturally diverse groupsAbility to prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, drafts, and emailsAbility to maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
