Knowledge Manager

The Knowledge Managers (KM) at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Directorate for Operations (DO) will support data management and automation efforts, focusing on SharePoint and Power Platform tools to enhance knowledge management processes. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, and ensuring integration across the Intelligence Community. KMs will also focus on transforming business data into insights that support the DIA DO Common Operational Picture (COP).
**Responsibilities**
+ Reports directly to the Project Manager (PjM).
+ Works individually and as part of a team.
+ Development & Implementation:
+ Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, including web parts, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and Power Platform solutions (canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, and dashboards).
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions using modern (and classic) SharePoint, Power Platform, and MS 365 functionalities.
+ Develop a responsive front-end design that meets accessibility and security requirements.
+ Customization & Integration:
+ Customize SharePoint sites and forms using SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and other tools.
+ Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party applications using APIs and custom code.
+ Testing & Support:
+ Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability.
+ Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and offer user support to maximize the effective use of solutions.
+ Governance & Security:
+ Ensure adherence to governance policies and security standards for SharePoint and Power Platform.
+ Implement security measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance regarding sensitive data.
**Qualifications**
+ Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly or ability to obtain one.
+ 5+ years of strong front-end development skills (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS).
+ Expertise in SharePoint architecture, custom lists, workflows, and web parts.
+ Experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises versions (SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019).
+ Experience with Power Builder, Power Automate, MS Power Platform and/or SharePoint Designer.
+ Ability to work with limited supervision.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
+ Familiarity with the Defense Intelligence Agency and JWICS networks.
+ Process improvement/automation experience and knowledge of PowerShell scripts, Graph API, and REST API.
