We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is seeking a Web-based Knowledge Management professional who will contribute to the team by working closely with USCYBERCOM J9 Directors Action Group leadership and staff. This individual should possess the ability to identify solutions and troubleshoot issues within an organization's methodology, design web-based data management plans, create reports, assist with operations, and provide training and education to internal users. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Assess existing web-based applications and establish a directorate data management and knowledge management implementation plan to enhance current capabilities and address emerging requirements + Provide recommendations on business solutions and develop metrics, along with methods to collect those metrics, to measure operational efficiency + Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites, ensuring consistent branding with command policy, and user experience across all web properties, including the conversion of written, graphic, audio, and visual components to web formats as needed + Integrate data from various departments and functions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners + Design and integrate new processes and effectively communicate these recommendations to leadership and impacted stakeholders + Analyze user needs to develop and implement modifications to existing websites and document libraries, providing creative solutions to meet performance and capacity requirements + Align processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures with the mission and strategy of the organization and Command + Assist in leveraging SharePoint features and associated tools to capture knowledge assets that enhance operational collaboration and efficiency + Collaborate with other knowledge management and web development professionals within the organization to share best practices, align on strategies, and ensure cohesive and integrated solutions across all web and knowledge management initiatives **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + **Active TS/SCI + Polygraph required for consideration** + Minimum five (5) years of experience as a program analyst, knowledge management or web-based solutions manager, or other directly related experience + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism **What Desired Skills You'll Bring** : + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with senior-level civilian and military leaders + Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration, as well as design, planning, and managing permissions in Confluence and JIRA + Proficiency in development and administration using XML, HTML, HTML5, Java, JavaScript, and similar web-based technologies + Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills + Experience working within a collaborative team environment and maintaining active engagement with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
