Position Summary:
The Knowledge Program Expert is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and adoption of knowledge management methodologies across the support organization and drive other knowledge initiatives. This role involves working closely with support teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, processes, and best practices. The Knowledge Program Manager will also monitor and report on the performance and impact of knowledge programs, as well as identify and resolve any issues or challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the knowledge management strategy and roadmap for the support organization. Coordinate and facilitate training and certification for support staff and managers. Provide coaching and guidance to support teams on knowledge management principles and practices. Manage the adoption and maturity assessment and improvement plan. Lead and participate in council meetings and activities. Establish and maintain governance and quality standards. Define and track metrics and key performance indicators. Analyze and communicate results and benefits to stakeholders. Identify and escalate any issues or risks and propose solutions. Collaborate with the knowledge management team and other program managers to share best practices and lessons learned.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Knowledge Centered Services Certification or equivalent Strong knowledge and experience of knowledge management methodologies and frameworks. Prior experience in implementing KCS programs preferred
