Global Program’s Knowledge Management team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Compassion’s interns in Colorado Springs this summer. The Intern will assist in loading knowledge articles into Global Program’s new knowledge library, utilizing Salesforce Lightning Knowledge, as well as provide input into the building and testing of the new system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Knowledge Management/Mobilization with Salesforce and contribute to meaningful projects.
What will you do?Load and organize knowledge articles into Salesforce Lightning Knowledge.
Assist in building and configuring Salesforce Lightning Knowledge features.
Test and troubleshoot the knowledge base to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to gather and implement feedback.
Maintain data integrity and ensure all articles are up-to-date and properly categorized.
Document processes and provide support for end-users.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
What do you have?Basic understanding of Salesforce, especially Salesforce Lightning.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with data entry and content management systems is a plus.
Preferred experience with Salesforce Lightning Knowledge.
Preferred knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
Previous internship or project experience in a similar role preferred.

Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.

Available for the entire internship period: May 27 to August 1, 2025.
Ability to work from Compassion’s HQ in Colorado Springs Monday - Friday from 8-5pm during the duration of the internship. Host homes are available for housing.
