**Kohler Intern - Marketing (Wellness Products)** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location: ** Onsite - Kohler, WI **Opportunity** The newly created Wellness Products business has been charged with becoming the premier Mind & Body Wellness provider for at home and professional spa sanctuaries. The objective of this business is to not only grow an already wellness-centric product portfolio,but also create a clearly differentiated go to market strategy with a tailored angle to captivate the target audience with unforgettable showroom and digital destinations. Applicants must be passionate about wellness and having expertise in the ever-growing market is a plus! Given the start-up nature of this business, applicants must possess a bias for action, an ability to continually assess with openness to pivoting as the market dynamic changes and must be team-oriented with a willingness to dive in and support with whatever is needed. Prior start up experience is preferred. As a Marketing Intern, you will serve as a critical member to Kohler’s Wellness Marketing team, assisting team members with ongoing projects related to integrated marketing plans and featured product launched. You will be engaged in areas such as: + Collaborating with communications and product departments to outline, plan, and execute various communication assets + Assist to facilitate workflow for campaigns and projects, ensuring maximum efficiency + Prioritize project work and create timelines ensuring seamless workflow, cross-channel collaboration and adherence to deadlines **Specific responsibilities include:** + **Show your skills** : Apply channel marketing fundamentals and organizational skills to enable top-notch campaigns. Leverage your marketing colleagues for insight, feedback, and review to make your technical work the best it can be. + **Prove that 1+1 is greater than 2** :Partner with your cross-functional teammates in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design. Face the hard decisions head-on and use the variety of team perspectives to generate better solutions. Recommend next steps and drive alignment with business leadership. + **Help make us better** : Be a team player, willing and able to uphold the brand vision while providing accurate data inputting to support digital strategies and tactics. + **Bring it all together** : Maximize the attention to detail you’ve cultivated as a developing marketing expert.
