Description We are looking for a Korber (WMS) Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Korber (WMS) Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, configuring, and supporting our Korber WMS systems in accordance with business needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized WMS solutions. This role offers a contract with potential for permanent employment. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and conduct regular maintenance for the Korber WMS system • Develop custom features, reports, and workflows to improve operational efficiency within the Korber WMS • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in warehouse operations • Work on WMS integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise • Implement and optimize warehouse processes including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving • Develop, configure, and support Korber WMS systems to meet business requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to the Korber WMS system • Perform system upgrades, patches, and patches testing to ensure the stability and performance of Korber WMS • Write and maintain documentation for new and existing functionalities and integrations • Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of WMS solutions • Participate in ongoing performance analysis and tuning of the Korber WMS to ensure optimal performance. Requirements • Proficiency in HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory. • Extensive experience with WMS Application is required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes. • Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines. • Must possess a keen eye for detail. • Familiarity with software development methodologies. • Knowledge of coding best practices. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. • Strong understanding of database structures and schemas. • Experience with code versioning and change management tools. • Willingness to continuously improve skills and stay updated with recent technological developments. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
