Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

Work as one team or individual to serve as translators for DMTM SK related visits. This includes but not limited to do translations during the visit and lead logistics support to ensure all SK visits run smoothly with high efficiency.Perform various daily administrative duties in cooperation with key stakeholders within the department and cross the site, for example various kinds of data collection, stuff distribution, record tracking etc. Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to advance the department.Serve as glue of the depts while provide administrative support to both dept directors/managers and employees.Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for activities such as site GPTW events, conferences, dept meetings, team buildings etcPrepare First Day Office for new hires and assist them to have a smooth start up once on board and serve as information centerBe proficient in working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing systems. Support office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, catering orders and reimbursement).Manage calendars, with shifting priorities and deadlines, including negotiating with other departments' admins and stakeholders for complex meetings

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group.
