Job DescriptionTake responsibility: Receives and professionally responds to user inquiries and requests via telephone, email, case tracking system with speed, accuracy and proficiencyReliable implementation: Follow up on open cases/ tickets to ensure proper response and satisfactory resolution, keep detail oriented documents regarding problems and solutions for referenceConscientious coordination: Keep customer updated of case status and resolution times

QualificationsPersonality: team player, strong customer service attitude, pro-active, positive “can do” attitudeKnowledge and experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.Working practice: strong attention to details, quality-conscious and results-drivenLanguages: Fluent communication skills (oral and written) in Korean and Business EnglishEducation: Bachelor’s degree in any fieldSchedule:  Willingness to work in shifting schedule, holidays and working on-site
