We are seeking an energetic, skilled​ Production Associates for expansion openings in our facility in Penn Yan, NY. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

 

Main Functions: The incumbent is expected to perform repetitive daily administrative tasks and respond to requests specific to the Warehouse department.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 10PM-6AM

 

The expected compensation range for this position is: $21.00/hour + $.50 overnight shift differential when worked.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Knowledge: 

High School Diploma / GED requiredMinimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, ability to navigate through multiple systems

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

2-3 years’ experience or equivalent employment experience preferred

Excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and ability with spatial relationships.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.Ability to contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.Must possess a composed and professional demeanor when facing obstacles.Requires excellent interpersonal skills between drivers, associates, and leadership.Supports and acts in the best interest of the company.
