Deine Aufgaben:

Bearbeitung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen (direkte/indirekte Lieferanten) Abstimmung der Lieferantenkonten Vorbereitung des Zahllaufs Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und Dienstleister Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen Mitarbeit bei prozess- und projektbasierenden Aufgaben

 

Your Responsibilities:

Processing, account assignment and booking of incoming invoices (direct/indirect suppliers) Reconciliation of supplier accounts Preparation of supplier payments Contact person for suppliers and service providers Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Collaboration on process- and project-based task

 

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung Anwenderkenntnisse gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (Oracle) Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse IFRS/IAS Kenntnisse von Vorteil Ambitionen zur zukünftigen Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse

 

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial training You have gained first work experience in accounting You have user knowledge of common accounting software (Oracle) You confidently use MS-Office, in particular Excel IFRS/IAS knowledge is an advantage You have ambitions to become a chartered accountant (m/f/d) in the future  You speak German fluently and have at least a good command of English
