Kronos Consultant
We are seeking a Kronos Consultant with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kronos Workforce Analytics and Dell Boomi Integration. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working primarily during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that drive business success.
Job Description:
Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience. 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler (preferably healthcare scheduling) Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems. Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Kronos Workforce Analytics and Dell Boomi Integration. Oversee the development and deployment of integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the scalability performance and security of technology solutions. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep solutions up-to-date. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of implemented solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team success.Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with Kronos Workforce Analytics and Dell Boomi Integration. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Show a deep understanding of integration best practices and methodologies. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. Hold a relevant certification in Kronos Workforce Analytics or Dell Boomi Integration.Remote with Milestone travel
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 to $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
