Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Kronos Dimensions and Dell Boomi experience as a Product Owner Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Dimension configurations  5 years of Boomi and Integrations development experience Deep understanding of Dell Boomi architecture  Strong background in workforce management (required) Must be UKG Integrations Developer and Kronos Dimensions certified  

·  Excellent oral and communication skills

·  Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio

·  Fluency in English
