Role: Kronos Senior Functional Expert (Scheduling)

Location: Remote with Milestone Travel (Must reside in the United States)

Relevant Experience: 10

Responsibilities:

· Lead solution consultants and developers for multiple enterprise-level implementations.

· Lead Kronos team in developing architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for a large global cement and aggregates company.

· Ensure Kronos system functionality, performance and reliability were met in support of critical business needs.

· Work with management and business teams to establish Workforce Management principles and gather requirements.

Required Qualifications:

· Experience leading clients, solution consultants and developers for multiple enterprise-level implementations.

· Have lead Kronos team in developing architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for a large global cement and aggregates company.

· Ensured Kronos system functionality, performance and reliability were met in support of critical business needs.

· Have worked with management and business teams to establish Workforce Management principles and gather requirements.

· Ability to configure WDM/UDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals).

· Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities and other Workforce Central/Dimensions modules will be an added plus.

· Should have at least 10 years’ experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products.

· This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos/UKG WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.

· Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.

· Willing to travel to customer location as needed

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of building and/or supporting interfaces using Kronos WIM and/or Dell Boomi for Kronos Dimensions

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/03/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
