Kronos UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Consultant

We are seeking a Kronos UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Kronos Workforce Attendance and Kronos Workforce Accruals. Additionally experience in Merger & Acquisitions is mandatory. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive technology solutions to support our business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Kronos Workforce solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Attendance and Accruals modules. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the scalability and performance of Kronos Workforce systems. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Kronos Workforce solutions. Manage the lifecycle of Kronos Workforce applications including upgrades and patches. Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team by providing technical insights and solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users on Kronos Workforce applications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Possess in-depth knowledge of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Attendance and Accruals. Have extensive experience in Merger & Acquisitions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show ability to work in a hybrid work model. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Be detail-oriented and highly organized. Display strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Be proficient in technical documentation and reporting. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Have experience in system performance tuning and optimization. Demonstrate ability to train and support end-users effectively. Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience. 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Knowledge of Activities will be an added plus. Knowledge of Mobile and Analytics Knowledge of other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems. Certified Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Professional Certified Kronos Workforce Attendance Specialist

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
