*** 1:1 and small group support
 
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children in Key Stage 1, providing tailored 1:1 and small group sessions to help improve their academic skills. You'll work closely with teachers and support staff to address individual learning needs, ensuring children have the right tools to progress confidently.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be proactive, patient, and motivated to support children’s development in both their academic and personal growth. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping young learners is key.
 
The school is based in Ladywood, offering a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and students.
