The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TRS & Connected Compliance Line of Service. Successful candidates will assist the team in managing KYC processes, as well as handling client communication and administrative tasks related to projects
Your Responsibilities
Conduct thorough KYC procedures for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.
Maintaining a systematic and secure digital filing system to ensure quick retrieval of documents when needed.
Work closely with Central Compliance Services team to ensure alignment on compliance strategies and practices.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure all team members are aligned.
Track and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
Support team members with administrative duties involves a variety of tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and documentation.
What You Bring
A Diploma or University Degree in any discipline
Previous experience in KYC processes and procedures will be an advantage
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client and internal interactions.
Team oriented personality with high levels of collaboration.
