Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst to join our KYC Team of Client Service Delivery (WB).

The responsibility of this team is to ensure that KYC for periodic review and onboarding clients is completed on time.  Our way of working requires organization skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities:

As a KYC Analyst you will:

Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks associated with client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.Be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to assess their suitability and adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations and ING policy.Positively contribute to the smooth flow of all the KYC scopes within the Team.Identify room for improvement in the processes and procedures for KYC.Ensure the approval of CDD’s and avoid that valid CDD’s expire.

Estamos buscando un analista talentoso y entusiasta  de Conozca a su cliente (KYC) para unirse a nuestro equipo de KYC de Entrega de Servicio al Cliente (WB).

Desempeñe un papel fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos y mitigar los riesgos asociados con la incorporación de clientes y el seguimiento continuo.Ser responsable de llevar a cabo una debida diligencia exhaustiva sobre los clientes nuevos y existentes para evaluar su idoneidad y cumplimiento de las regulaciones contra el lavado de dinero (AML) y el financiamiento del terrorismo (CTF) y la política de ING.Contribuir positivamente al flujo fluido de todos los alcances KYC dentro del equipo.Identificar el margen de mejora en los procesos y procedimientos para el KYC.Asegure la aprobación de las CDD y evite que las CDD válidas caduquen.
