KYC Offboarding Analyst
We're looking for KYC Analyst to:
o Perform Offboarding Analytics to determine the correct level of offboarding.
o Perform Triage Analytics and Outreach to determine which stakeholders are required to be outreached in order to confirm if offboarding required data points is safe as a way of reducing potential risks associated with the offboard request.
o Metric creation and presentation to stakeholder groups.
o Rejection communication to various stakeholders and requestors in order to let requestors know why their request was unable to be completed effectively.
o Support offboarding execution team with complex cases; conduct investigative analysis in the event of issues or escalations.
o Apply technical data model understanding to complete analysis on offboarding requests to identify what client accounts and entitlements must be offboarded as part of the request.
o Application of checks and verification steps to determine if there are any operational reasons as to why a client or account cannot be offboarded.
o Management of underlying rules and logic that underpin the checks, and verification steps that must be completed prior to a client or account being offboarded
o Front-to-back management of offboarding cases from request to confirmation of being passed over to execution team.
o Work as the first point of contact for queries from all areas of the IB to ensure questions or issues are addressed
o Own the process of reviewing, recording, prioritising and categorising client offboarding requests (shared mailbox management)
o Manage the efficient and accurate execution of account/client deactivations; co-ordinate data checks to confirm feasibility and justification of offboarding
o Manage communications around offboarding, including internal notifications to business stakeholders and external communication with the client where necessary
o Coordinate and track outreach instructions with partner functions to ensure clients that are approved to be offboarded when data is being leveraged by other areas of the bank.
o Manage evaluation of clients and accounts in production environment of mastering systems (MF, EM, Neo, CMIS, eAccess); identifying the correct offboard scenario.
o Ensure progress around cases are communicated clearly to the requestor and escalate where necessary; maintaining logs and tracking files
o Own the accurate and timely reporting of end-to-end offboarding cases
o Ensuring regulatory compliance for any off-boarding and KYC controls as well as new regulatory changes.
