Inviting applications for the role of KYC Team Leader – Management Trainee – English – On Site Bucharest
In this role, you will be part of the Service Operations team, working on the frontline to combat financial crime by ensuring the authenticity and validity of documents and verifying customers. This Tier One position focuses on processing non-complex cases for specific nationalities, where the implementation and knowledge of complex procedures or checks are not required.
Responsibilities
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Monitor team members and able to provide guidance whenever needed
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Build reports to update the company on the team's progress
• Rapport building with the internal external stakeholder
• Deal with any issues that arise during shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the duty manager where necessary
• Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are always delivered
• Assist the Manager as and when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
• This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of sensitive documentation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Cultural Fit with the client values, mission, and team.
• Basic understanding of KPIs (ideally experience in a contact center or similar).
• Ideally previous CDD (Customer Due Diligence) experience (nice to have).
• Successfully passes the onboarding training and nesting period.
• Minimum B2 English language.
• PC literacy.
• Ability to work in Shifts.
• Attention to details
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Good Excel, MS Access, Power Point skills, word and experience in VBA will be an added advantage
• Previous working experience on any AML/ KYC tools is an advantage
• Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus;
