Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Líder de Proyectos. **What you’ll do:** **Job Summary** Responsible for ensuring that assigned project objectives are met by managing and coordinating with all stakeholders.The objective of the position is to ensure that injection molding tooling, stamping dies and fixtures/automation are designed, built and product approved within the stated time frame. **Job Responsibilities** Develop action plans to support meeting timelines and work with action plan owners to ensure commitments are made. Have regular meetings with the team on each project. Provide a weekly summary to US and Rptech leadership of the overall status of each project. Work closely with the US team to ensure Plex (ERP) is updated for all new part numbers, dies, molds and equipment. Work with the sales team and customer service to keep the customer informed. Act as a resource for associates involved in the partial approval process as well as maintain and communicate program timelines and progress reports throughout the organization. Ensure vendor coordination is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Verify that departmental procedures are followed, as well as organize and verify program scheduling, tracking and reporting. Recommend methods to improve the parts qualification process. Responsible for working with action plan owners in the event that commitments are breached to develop countermeasures. **Qualifications:** **Education level required** + Degree **Years and area of experience required** + 2-3 years of experience **Technical knowledge** + Plex (ERP) knowledge desirable / Microsoft Office Advanced / CSR: Advanced, IATF 16949 knowledge: Medium and Core Tools: Advanced.
