Responsibilities The Opportunity: The main purpose is to enable PepsiCo substantial growth and competitive advantage and unlock business strategy to drive value for our customers and consumers by aligning Functional Leadership to achieve challenging but attainable transformational projects while reaching performance goals. The Andean Transformation Sr Project Analyst participates in the deployment and value realization of the key projects within the Andean Transformation Portfolio and Strategy to drive growth in Andean, securing a solid balance between operational performance and transformation. (S)he is responsible for: 1. Ensuring Transformational Projects including digital projects are set up for success and excecuted flawlessly without disruption to the business, making sure end to end alignment across local and regional teams. 2. Actively participate in the Agile and Digital culture change in Andean organization, spearheading the WeDigital and Agility program. Geographic scope might include Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela with close interaction and partnership with LatAm. Your Impact: As Transf Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Accountabilites high level Lead projects within the Andean Transformation agenda including but not limited to Digital transformational projects, commercial capabilities, supply chain and lean organization, while driving integrated and consistent communication. Actively engage of multifunctional teams, continuous monitoring of the project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the project delivery Manage the connections required with functional leaders (IT, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, etc) to guarantee scorecards sustainable operation. Includes coordinating the multi-functional and multi-level collaboration networks to ensure on time and accurate information delivery targets and performance results prioritized in the Andean Operating Plan. Actively participate in the Agile/Digital cultural program across Andean to drive the development and growth aimed at transforming the traditional organization to unlock competitive advantage. Set personal example in agility and digital mindset, WoWs, implement agile frameworks in projects, balancing a project management and an agile approach. Accountabilites per Imperative Capabilities Lead the diagnostics to detect gaps and propose process improvements following the guidelines set by the Market, CU, LATAM COE that optimize best practices Execute the processes performance commitments included on the annual transformation agenda guaranteeing the fulfillment of the use of methodologies and tools defined by LATAM Team. Proactively advise and recommend innovative solutions to improve the performance of the organization. Program and Project Management Manage the program(s) or project(s) within Andean on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution: time, budget and scope fulfilment. When playing this role, is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the program and project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery. Oversee (or support as needed) the construction of the project plans for each transformational initiative or processes improvements efforts defined. Monitor Value realization of the appointed projects or programs and support the resolution of gaps to guarantee fulfillment. Change Management Influence & guide business leaders and organization employees during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities creation and goals achievement. Foster a Change Culture in the organization to facilitate transformation. Challenge business leaders and organization employees to generate better transformational efforts Talent development Guide and coach key Andean stakeholders in effective project management, agile and digital mindset to embed behaviours and best practices in the organization. Support BT Talent hire to retire process. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Production, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management. (Required) 4 years of experience in analytics, strategy, transformation or project management roles for any function, experience managing major projects, redesigning business processes, planning. Advanced excel skills with ability to manage and interpret databases of information to deliver useful insight (Required) Strong presentation skills A strong self-starter comfortable with working cross functionally and cross culturally to deliver results Working knowledge of agile frameworks, project management, innovation processes and cultural transformation PMP (Project Management Certification) and Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
