EY LSS – Instructional Designer – Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our Learning Solutions Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

 

Your key responsibilities

Develop learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning Review all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc. Maintain a good working relationship with Subject Matter Experts, graphic designers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies Develop design and other documents related to course creation

To qualify for the role, you must have

Any Graduate 2-4 years’ Instructional Designing Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills Knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate etc.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
