As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Responsibilities

Data entry and support of programs through our LMS (Learning Requests/Growth Centre/Vantage)  Support the development of team processes, resources, job aids, work instructions and procedures to enable efficient ways of working Assist across projects and L&D initiatives and undertake any research as required Managing/coordinating tasks from multiple stakeholders Migrate data as needed and draft short, engaging summaries Maintaining quality of data through regular quality checks  Run reports related to LMS activities

Working within complex Learning Management System environments, ideally Cornerstone Project management/implementation experience with a client service mindset. Knowledge of learner registration processes Microsoft Office competency Understanding of NASBA Requirements Quickly synthesize information and provide a point of view Be able to effectively work remotely and in a team environment High attention to detail and quality Ability to focus on detailed, specific tasks with the understanding of how those tasks support a larger objective ​Understand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security Management
