This role will report to the Director, Learning Experience and be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training focused communications and branding to promote a learning culture and the impact of training within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create compelling content that drives employee engagement and development. **Key Responsibilities:** + Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to promote learning initiatives, ensuring clear messaging across channels (email, intranet, site plants, etc.). + Content Creation: Develop high-quality multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, infographics, and other digital assets to incorporate into training communications. + Brand Development: In partnership with Director of Learning Experience, establish and promote a strong, cohesive brand for training communications that aligns with the organization's culture and values. + Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, communication, branding, and multimedia content creation. + Branding and Communication: Ensure all training communications align with the company’s branding and communication standards. + Manage Team Communication: Oversee the team’s communication to the Leadership team via Executive Summaries. + Internal Communication: Post updates on the internal Intranet site and promote training events and programs on X20 and various other media available. + Partnership with Global Communications: Partner closely with the Global Communications team for internal and external learning promotional opportunities. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. + Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on communication, branding, video creation, and podcasting. + Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with proficiency in multimedia tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, podcasting tools). + Experience creating communications using Microsoft Sway and Microsoft SharePoint. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Strong project management and organizational skills. + Creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in a corporate training environment. + Certification in Learning and Development or related fields. + Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
