As a Remote Learning & Development Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and coordination of training and development programs within the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinate orientation sessions, including scheduling dates, times and locations. Lead or facilitate orientation sessions, making sure to engage new employees and encourage participation. Meet regularly with new employees to track training progress, provide support and guidance during the initial weeks and serve as point of contact for any questions or concerns that arise during the onboarding process. Organize training sessions, materials preparation, and participant communication. Provide administrative support during training sessions, such as facilitating sign-ins and distributing materials. Maintain training records, attendance logs, and feedback forms to track participation and effectiveness. Work closely with Learning and Development Specialists to schedule instructor-led training. Oversee the daily operations of the LMS, including user management, learning assignments, and content updates. Provide technical support to users, addressing issues related to access, functionality and content. Add new content provided by Instructional Designers to the appropriate curriculum and assign based on specified target audience. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness, user engagement and course completion through surveys and feedback collection. Administer evaluation checklists, monitor completion and provide reporting on progress/completion. Promote training opportunities and communicate schedules and logistics to employees. Qualifications Anticipated salary range: $54,000 – $75,000 USD per year This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary there is a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position. POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate level experience in coordinating learning and development programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with e-learning tools and technologies. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in training coordination or a related administrative role. Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
