L&D Digital Content Manager
**About the Role:** **Grade Level (for internal use):** 11 **Key Responsibilities:** + **Digital Content Development & Team Leadership:** + Lead and manage a team of Digital Content Specialists in the creation, curation, and maintenance of high-quality digital learning content (videos, e-learning modules, infographics, podcasts, etc.). + Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure continuous growth and innovation. + Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly digital formats. + **Agile & Swarm Methodology Implementation:** + Champion the use of **Agile** and **Swarm** methods within the content creation process to ensure flexibility, responsiveness, and rapid delivery of learning content. + Guide your team through iterative content development cycles, facilitating collaboration, quick feedback loops, and efficient content rollouts. + **Content Strategy & Curation:** + Develop and implement a strategic approach to digital content that supports L&D initiatives and aligns with S&P's business goals. + Curate and maintain a well-organized digital learning library, ensuring content is up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with organizational priorities. + **Platform Management & Optimization:** + Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the **Learning Management System (LMS)** , **landing pages** , and **internal collaboration platforms** (such as SharePoint) to ensure seamless content delivery, enhanced user experience, and effective tracking of learner progress. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize new technologies, tools, and platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, content accessibility, and robust performance analytics. + **Technology Research & Innovation:** + Actively research and evaluate emerging digital learning technologies and trends to identify new opportunities for improving content delivery and engagement. + Pilot and test new tools, platforms, or learning methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance the digital learning experience for all employees. + **Analytics & Reporting:** + Track the performance of digital content, including learner engagement, content effectiveness, and user feedback. + Use data and insights to refine content strategies, improve learner outcomes, and ensure alignment with business goals. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure digital content aligns with broader organizational objectives and brand messaging. + Lead content-related initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring alignment with overall L&D goals. + **Continuous Improvement:** + Identify areas for improvement and optimization in existing content, delivery methods, and technologies. + Stay up-to-date with best practices, industry standards, and new technologies to ensure continuous enhancement of digital learning programs. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, L&D or related field. + 5+ years of experience in digital content creation and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role. + Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), internal collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint), and other digital content delivery tools. + Proficiency in content creation and authoring tools such as **Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia,** and other e-learning platforms. + Experience with **Learning Record Stores (LRS)** , SCORM, and xAPI to track and report learner performance and engagement. + Familiarity with Agile and Swarm methodologies for content development and project management. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex concepts clear and engaging. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + A passion for learning, innovation, and using technology to drive educational outcomes. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development languages is a plus. + Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to track content performance and learner engagement. + Certification in Instructional Design or a related field. + Experience in the financial services or corporate training industry is a plus. + Open to work on a **US shift** work schedule **About S&P Global Market Intelligence** At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
