Policy and process designer for people development.Leadership development.Strategic Thinking:
Alignment with the organization's strategies.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies.Requirements:
Persuasive.Facilitator.Conflict management skills.Effective communication with key stakeholders.+5 years of experience in human resources management.A degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate.Benefits:
