Job Description & Summary

Learning and Development (L&D) team is responsible for the content development and delivery for staff learning curriculums that enhance our people. As part of L&D team, you’ll help design, develop and implement courses, training and upskilling initiatives aimed at enhancing our people’s capabilities in alignment with PwC’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with various leaders across the organisation to get a full understanding of their work and training requirements.

Have a strong understanding of the organisation’s objectives to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Design training programmes (virtual, classroom and hybrid) to align with the organisation’s objectives, strategy and leadership competencies to enable employees to meet clients’ expectation.

Develop training materials to suit diverse learning styles.

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to meet leadership competencies and skills required by organization, using a variety of methods, including activities, simulation, discussion and coaching etc.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and build relationships with third party training providers to organise training

Analyse course evaluation and participant feedback to continuously improve training delivery and content. 

Design and develop interventions to align with people development strategies

Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Minimum of five years’ experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar.

Proven ability in designing, implementing and delivering successful training programmes, both online and in a classroom setting.

Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.

Experience using various learning platforms for learning enhancement.

Strong analytical, communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally.

Background in talent development and organisational development is an advantage.

Able to work well within a team, be proactive and be able to multitask.

Ability to travel internationally and work across different cultures and time zones
