What will you do
• Carry out pitches with clients and manage client follow-ups.
• Produce proposals incl. cost estimates for new service requests.
• Identify key stakeholders for the projects (e.g., subject matter experts).
• Advises customers / stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirements.
• Ensure on time, on budget and high-quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage interfaces between L&D services.
• Contribute to Service development in the area of L&D Project Management.
• Drive effective communication strategies, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through innovative ideas, AI, etc.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
What you bring
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken - at least C1, German is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in project management tools and standards; excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. PowerPoint).
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Strengths in organizing and visual design. Eye for detail.
• Functional knowledge of agile methodologies
• Background in business management or economics is a plus.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in project management.
