1. 至少二年以上專利相關經驗
2. 英文須具備 Lingualskill 150 / TOEIC 785 分以上或其他英文測驗同等標準
3. 有專案規畫師或專案管理師或專案經理(PMP)資格者尤佳
4. 有系統分析(SA)及系統設計(SD)經驗者尤佳
