We are seeking a talented L1 Interface Analyst individual to join our Interface team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania as part of our local Tech Hub.

We will count on you to:
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Groovy is a plusConfigure and troubleshoot Darwin for SSO access and data transfer between client and provider systems with minimal assistanceDeliver basic tasks in Payroll Interfaces and Data Translation, including change requests and reports in DCL or other programming languages, following specificationsAdhere to naming conventions and the Interface team's best practices when delivering requestsRespond to medium-difficulty tasks assigned via the Jira Kanban Board and assist with ad hoc exercisesCreate and maintain "How to" pages on Confluence for interface topics and update peers on task status via JiraImplement and publish new provider SSO specifications on ConfluenceAcknowledge and apply data security standardsHelp plan and perform testing for new interface integrations as per best practicesUnderstand APIs and two-way data connectivity between clients, benefit carriers, and DarwinAttend client calls with minimal support and engage in technical discussionsMaintain an updated status of tasks using Jira and Confluence and own specific items from the annual Interface team planTrain new joiners and share knowledge with the teamPropose new working methods or best practices to senior colleaguesBe a subject matter expert in interfacing areas such as SSO, file transfer, APIs, data translation, and payroll interfacesPass the Darwin Enablement Certification for external candidatesPerform renewal of certificates and keysWhat you need to have:
